Up-to-date tendencies of cholinergic pharmacotherapy of soft congnitive diminishing syndrome

The article deals with action mechanisms, pharmacokinetics, pharmacological properties of donepezil – inhibitor of acetylcholine, that is considered to be the medication of choice in pathogenetic pharmacy of soft congnitive diminishing syndrome.
