Cerebrovascular impairments characteristics in patients with disseminated sclerosis, correlation of characteristics and great cerebral vessels pathology, its correction

By means of MR-angiography, colored triplex scanning and ultrasound dopplerography the anatomic and functional peculiarities of pre- and intracerebral vessels and cerebral hemodynamics were determined. It was the first time determined that 63.64 % patients with disseminated sclerosis have pre- and intracerebral vessels pathology as a pathological twisting, hypo- and aplasia or their combination. These patients suffer from hemodymanic impairments such as angiospasm, hyper fusion or carotid area, venous stress, that are marked in patients with pre- and intracerebral vessels pathology. The application of medications, that demonstrate hemodynamic activity, is substantiated.
