Purpose — to estimate the influence of Solu$medrol and human immunoglobuline for intravenous injection on immunologic parameters at the multiple sclerosis.
Methods and subjects. We determined the level of the maintenance of interferon-? and interleukin-4 concentration in the blood of patients with multiple sclerosis before treatment and also after treatment by Solu-medrol and human immunoglobuline for intravenous injection.
Results. Implemented research have shown the certain positive influence of Solu-medrol and human immunoglobuline for intravenous injection on the processes of immunoregularity at the multiple sclerosis. The solumedrol can decrease inflammatory processes and edema, inhibit interferon-? synthesis in the blood serum so that the weakening of demyelinization and improvements of patients condition were observed. According to our data human immunoglobuline for intravenous injection hasn’t such capabilities. Both human immunoglobuline for intravenous injection and Solu-medrol haven’t influenced the interleukin-4 indexes.
Conclusions. These preparations have appeared more effective and safe medical means than human immunoglobuline for intravenous injection. The Solu-medrol influences the immunopathological process at the multiple sclerosis showing more marked immunosuppressive action.

Ключові слова: multiple sclerosis, interferon-?, interleukin-4, Solu-medrol, human immunoglobuline for intravenous injection.
