Disorder of central nervous system in patients with myotonic dystrophy

Myotonic dystrophy is a multisystemic disease in which mutation may influence the development and function of different organs and tissues: smooth skeletal"muscular tissue, heart, organs of the eye, brain. This review provides with the review of russian and foreign medical literature which deals with neural system disorder of patients with myotonic dystrophy.
