Errors and complications, arising up at treatment the method of manual therapy

Objective – the analysis of principal causes of errors and complications at carrying out МТ and recommendations about their prevention.
Methods and subjects. The analysis of results of treatment of 86 patients who were directed to us for the consultation from others MPE or have addressed independently is carried out. The following examinations were applied: neuroorthopedic inspection, rentgenospondylography in 2 projections, CТ and МRI – vertebral motive segment examination.
Results. The reasons of errors and the complications arising at treatment МТ have been defined. Indications and contra-indications at use of this method of treatment have been specified.
Conclusions. Application of the offered recommendations will allow to exclude occurrence of errors and complications, at use МТ.
