Estimation of functional condition in patients with oculomotor disorders

Objective – to develop the method of a patient functional condition estimation in order to estimate the treatment result objectively.
Methods and subjects. Treatment results of 160 patients with oculomotor disorders have been analyzed. The
application of the offered scale of life quality determination of patients with oculomotor disorders allows to control a condition of patients.
Results. The quantity of points 45–31 – testifies to conditionally high degree of quality of a life of patients, 30–16 points – middle or good, 0–15 – a low or unsatisfactory level. Comparing the treatment results to data received after patient inquiry allows to broaden knowledge about the functional disorder and adaptation level to it.
Conclusions. The application of the offered scale of life quality determination of patients with oculomotor disorders allows to control a condition of patients. It gives the opportunity to carry out dynamic supervision over results of treatment and to estimate quality of a life of patients with oculomotor disorders.
